These Terms of Service govern the use of https://dahousefurnishing.com and the supply of products by Dahouse Furniture. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated: 2026-09-17.
1. Who We Are
Dahouse Furniture is a high-end residential furniture manufacturer and exporter based in Longjiang, Foshan, Guangdong, China — supplying wholesalers, retailers, and distributors worldwide from our own and partner workshops. Contact: resamfok@gmail.com · +86 134 5085 3656.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Prices published or quoted are indicative and subject to written confirmation. Written quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices default to FOB Foshan; we also support EXW, and can assist with DDP arrangements. Prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, and destination charges unless agreed in writing. Tiered pricing applies to larger orders.
3. Orders
Orders are accepted by written Proforma Invoice. The PI states product specifications, quantities, unit prices, payment terms, and delivery terms, and prevails over catalogue or website information in case of conflict.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in the PI, payment is by T/T only: a deposit of 50% with order and the balance of 50% before shipment. Title in the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of full payment.
5. Delivery & Risk
Standard lead time is 45–60 days from deposit receipt and final specification approval; the exact date is confirmed on the PI. In line with our commitment to delivery quality, we do not accept expedited orders at the expense of QC time. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms stated on the PI.
6. Product Specifications & Natural Variation
All dimensions are measured by hand and may differ within industry tolerance: upholstered and soft-goods items may vary by approximately 3–5 cm, and other products by less than 1 cm. Solid wood, veneer, natural stone, leather, and fabric may show colour, grain, and texture variation between batches; such natural variation is not a defect. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the delivered goods.
7. OEM / ODM & Intellectual Property
Buyer-provided designs, moulds, and brand materials remain the buyer’s property and are used solely for the buyer’s orders. We treat buyer specifications as confidential. Designs developed by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing; adapted classic designs are presented as “reinterpreted classics”. We do not manufacture copies of, and our content does not reference, third-party branded furniture.
8. Inspection & Claims
Buyers should inspect goods upon receipt and report any concern to us with photographs. Pre-shipment inspection and third-party inspection are welcome, and claims are handled per our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
