Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a high-end residential furniture manufacturer based in Longjiang, Foshan, Guangdong, China — the furniture manufacturing heart of the Pearl River Delta. You buy directly from the source, with no middle layer. We produce original designs, reinterpreted classics, and full custom/project manufacturing on a build-to-order basis.

What is your MOQ?

Our minimum order value is USD 10,000 per order. Mixed-item containers are welcome — you can combine as little as one piece per style to reach the order value.

Do larger orders get better prices?

Yes. Tiered pricing applies as the order value increases — your formal quotation will state the applicable tier. Contact us for a quote tailored to your assortment.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Sample orders are supported for testing quality before bulk production. Sample fees can be credited against subsequent bulk orders; exact sample terms are confirmed on each quotation.

Do you offer OEM / ODM?

Yes. We produce against buyer drawings, physical samples, or specification sheets, including custom sizes, materials, finishes, fabrics, and packaging. Buyer moulds and branding are handled under confidentiality.

What is the production lead time?

Standard lead time is 45–60 days from receipt of deposit and final approval of specifications, depending on order content. To guarantee delivery quality, we do not accept expedited orders at the expense of QC time. The exact date is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice.

What are your payment terms?

We currently accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) only: 50% deposit with order and 50% balance before shipment.

Which shipping terms and ports do you support?

We ship worldwide. The default term is FOB Foshan; we also support EXW and can assist with DDP arrangements. You may appoint your own freight forwarder, or we can recommend one from our logistics partners. Mixed-item container consolidation is supported.

How do you control quality?

Every order passes incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, full finished-product inspection, and pre-shipment sampling. Photo or video reports are provided before loading, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV, or your appointed agent) is welcome.

What about warranty and after-sales support?

Products carry a structural warranty covering frame and structural defects, with full terms provided with each order, and we offer lifetime service support plus spare-parts supply (hinges, slides, legs, panels). Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of arrival with photos or videos — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Can you support our marketing?

Yes. Partners receive our PDF product catalogue, high-resolution product and lifestyle images, and copy assets — so your team can list and sell without extra production work. Our current range covers 3000+ SKUs, refreshed with new collections about twice a year.
