How we work.
Two ways to start. Three routes to build. One production line you can follow from wherever you are.

Six stages, start to finish
One image per stage. Where a choice arises, the branches open out; where all routes converge, they close back into a single line.

Five stages, in the open
Open a stage to see what happens in it, and what you receive at the end of it.
1 · Specification
Specification. We agree the materials before anything is drawn — fabric, timber, metal finish, stone. On routes B and C the dimensions are settled at the same time.
This is the one decision that moves every date after it. Nothing enters production until it is frozen.
2 · Drawings and sampling
Drawings and sampling. Shop drawings and a product-implementation assessment. On route C, a prototype is built and put in front of you.
You sign the drawings. That signature is the reference for everything that follows, including inspection.
3 · Quotation and order
Quotation and order. A precise quotation against the final configuration, then a 50% deposit to confirm.
Where design service is part of the scope, a 10% engagement fee is taken before we begin and deducted from that deposit.
4 · Production and inspection
Production and inspection. The build runs against the signed drawings.
You inspect before loading — online, by video and photographs, or in person on the floor. The balance is settled against the inspection result, before the container is loaded.
5 · Shipping and aftercare
Shipping and aftercare. Export packing, tracked logistics, and lifetime service support after delivery.
Inspect on arrival, before you sign. Photograph anything questionable together with the packaging and the delivery note — that record is what makes a claim straightforward later.
Commercial terms
The same structure on all three routes. Percentages are commercial terms, not product prices; figures are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
| Stage | What happens | Payment |
|---|---|---|
| Design engagement | Interior or product design, where the scope includes it | 10% — deducted from the deposit |
| Order confirmation | Specification frozen, drawings signed | 50% deposit |
| After QC, before loading | Inspection passed, online or on site | 50% balance |
Settlement is by T/T, or by full payment to release the order. We do not extend credit terms; the balance is cleared against the inspection result before loading.
You should never have to take our word for it. Walk the line by video. Inspect your own goods before they load. Keep the photographs.
the rule we work to
Questions we are asked
What are the minimum quantities?
By quantity, per item: sofa, 5 sets · armchair, 15 pieces · dining chair, 20 pieces · nightstand, 20 pieces · side cabinet, 20 pieces.
How long does it take?
The largest variable in almost every order is the specification freeze. Once drawings, materials and finishes are confirmed, production runs to schedule; before that point, nothing can start.
As a guide: the standard line generally takes 45 days, customisation and project work generally 60 days. Your order specialist will issue a schedule against your actual configuration.
Can I see the factory before committing?
Yes — that is what the 1,800 m² showroom and 20,000 m² production floor are for. If you cannot travel, the same walk-through runs by video call, and inspection can be done online by video and photographs.
What if something is damaged on arrival?
Inspect on arrival, before you sign. Photograph anything questionable together with the packaging and the delivery note. Those records are what make a claim straightforward later — and we stay on the file after delivery, for the life of the product.
